Crossroads and ships ...

An inquiry about crossroads can can only be resolved in context with what one’s understanding is of what emotions are, how they work, what the mind is, and what does it really mean to think logically or rationally. I don’t think it’s a matter of knowing how to define a line between one or the other. Crossroads often seem to be between options A or B, where one of them seems to have the potential of being more adventurous and the other one perhaps safer. It’s very likely that you will never be 100% sure that the “right” decision was made. But this, an answer for many questions, can be said of this and similar inquiries: “ A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for. “ (apparently by John A. Shedd).
