I offer somatic mindfulness sessions as well as integrating it into other bodywork.
In a somatic mindfulness session, you can experience a gentle soft touch with the invitation of safety, imagery/dialoguing to the body, breathing exercises and sensory awareness. We approach the body with curiosity, non judgment and playfulness to allow the nervous system to release and heal trauma. This works well for any emotional, physical or mental trauma, releasing stress and tension, chronic aches and pains, and can also be helpful in management of autoimmune diseases
