FREE REMOTE LIVE WORKSHOP
SOMATIC MINDFULNESS - SYNERGISM returns in March 2024! This time, we will EXPLORE MORE ON ATTUNED TOUCH.
SOMATIC MINDFULNESS - SYNERGISM Zoom meetings are held regularly and are free for all who have attended at least one Somatic Mindfulness workshop.
This is done to stay engaged and offer support as you integrate this work into your practice. In this space, you will also have a chance to share your unique ways of applying this work and celebrate your successes.
If you have taken at least one Somatic Mindfulness workshop, join me and my friends from Mind Your Body for free on Zoom on FRIDAY, March 28th, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST to reconnect, refresh, and relay. To receive the Zoom link for the workshop, join our dedicated Facebook group (see link below), where the meeting recording will also be shared, or contact me directly.

A remote 3CE SOMATIC MINDFULNESS - RESILIENCE live workshop is scheduled for June 20, 2025 - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST.
SOMATIC MINDFULNESS - RESILIENCE, The Body's Wisdom in Healing Trauma, is a 3CE NCBTMB-approved (including N.Y.) workshop. The class explores how a story is waiting to be heard beneath the surface of every sensation. Our bodies speak in a language older than words - in subtle signals, quiet whispers, gentle invitations to listen more deeply. When we learn to hear this language, something profound begins to unfold: the wisdom that transforms both how we meet trauma and how we support healing.
